Check out our Science Fair in fifth and sixth class.
Each child asked a unique scientific question and created an experiment. Topics of interest included human behaviour and preferences, animals, plants, materials and change, energy and forces, etc. We predicted, tested, compiled data and recorded results over the course of a few weeks. This was presented visually in a display and everyone presented their findings orally, to their classmates and each class in the school during Science Week.
