First class went on a trip to the Gaeltacht this week. They had a picnic in the park, went to the secondary school to play cluichí agus bhí siad ag déanann damhsa ar an sean nós! After their day of activities they got some uachtar reoite. Rang a haon tried very hard to speak as much Irish as possible. Ms.Greene was so proud of them.
Today, the children took part in ‘Lá Glas’. They all dressed in green and took part in a paráid agus céilí to celebrate St.Patrick’s Day. They were super.
