The school will be running a Book Fair next week. This is an opportunity for parents and children to buy age appropriate books while also raising funds for the school. A percentage of the money raised will be given to the school to buy books for classrooms. See www.scholastic.ie for a flavour of the books on sale.
Books will be delivered to the school on Tuesday, 4th February and children will be given an opportunity to browse through the selection with their teachers. Books will then be available to purchase on Wednesday, 5th February and Friday, 7th February. Children can bring in money on the 5th or the 7th and they will be allowed to buy books during school hours. Parents are welcome to come in to buy books on Friday, 7th February between 1.40pm and 3pm.
There is no obligation to buy books. Feel free to come in for a browse.
