Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this email finds you and all your loved ones well. These are difficult times.
As you know the class teachers posted work for the first two weeks for each class on the website – look under the Class Blog tab or in the Recent Posts.
They will continue to update work on a weekly basis going forward if necessary.
If your child does not have all their books home they should be able to access them on-line as most of the publishers have given free access to the books and resources. The children should find these resources very useful. I have copied the information from the publishers at the end of this email.
Please do not feel under pressure with regard to school work – there are already enough pressures on us all. Rather see this as an opportunity for your child to stay engaged with school and to continue learning- maintaining a normal routine as much as possible, keeping to a regular schedule can be reassuring. Please also do not underestimate the huge benefit your children get from spending time with their family – we learn so much from each other.
Finally for now I know I speak for all the staff when I express our sincere gratitude to all the front line workers from our school community, go raibh míle míle maith agaibh!
