Second and third class have been celebrating St. Valentine’s Day through many different activities!
On Monday, we used the internet to research facts about St. Valentine and explored different pictures and paintings artists have created of him.
On Valentine’s Day, we performed a St. Valentine’s Day songs medley to the whole school!
We also painted love hearts in art. We were inspired by the use of colour and texture in Kandinsky’s ‘Concentric Circles’.
