Happy World Book Day everyone! 📚📖
Ms Woods is not quite sure where her second and third class students were, but we had great fun with all of the wonderful characters we had in the classroom today!
From Gangster Grannies, to Stitch, Matilda and Harry Potter, we had great conversations about the world of books and why we love to read!
Second and third kicked off World Book Day 2023 with a fashion show to show off our amazing costumes, as well as discussing our book reviews based on the books these characters are from.
We later joined forces with 4th and 5th class, to engage in shared reading and we discussed some of our favourite books with one another.
We finished off World Book Day with a quiz based on the most popular children’s books ever written.
Well done to everybody today. Fantastic work was done, as well as wonderful reading!
